Text Messaging Program
By opting into the RevIntake Online Exam Scheduling program, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from See Clearly Florida. These messages may include scheduling confirmations, reminders, updates, and notifications of product arrival.
Information We Collect and Use
We may collect your name, mobile phone number, appointment details, and product-related information. This information is used solely for scheduling an eye exam, confirming or updating appointments, and sending notifications when ordered products are ready for pickup.
Data Sharing Disclosure
Your mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes no selling, renting, trading, or unauthorized transfer of your mobile number. Information may be shared only when required to deliver the messaging service, such as through your wireless carrier, or when required by law.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You will receive no more than 10 messages annually related to online exam scheduling and appointment or product-related updates.
